If you would like to find out more about the variety of cultural and leisure opportunities in the beautiful and interesting harbor and naval city of Wilhelmshaven, the best thing to do is to contact the tourist information office opposite the Nordseepassage at Ebertstraße 110. During the summer season, the tourist information on Südstrand is also open.
Whether maritime events such as harbor tours, sailing trips, tours of the city, sights, ticket sales for the cutural center Pumpwerk, you will be well and extensively informed here.
And of course, the tourist information is also the right contact for the accommodation service (hotel, apartment, house, private room). All in all, the perfect all-round service for you and your most valuable time - your leisure time.
With cambio CarSharing you can use different car types at 7 locations in Wilhelmshaven. After you have registered once at the Tourist Information Wilhelmshaven and picked up your cambio customer card, reserve the cars spontaneously or up to 200 days in advance.

From November 24 to December 23, the Tourist Information Office will be open as follows:
Mon–Fri 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Sat 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
Please note that the Tourist Information Office will be closed from December 24 through December 28, as well as on December 31 and January 1!
